Dogenzaka Hill is a level in JSRF.

[edit] Within the Story

Dogenzaka Hill is the first level within the story, besides the Garage. It is unrotatable and the level is a big circle, with many small hills, you must tag 15 Graffitis, then Beat appears, you chase him around for a bit, and once you find him for the fourth time he challenges you to a race, when you win, the Rokkaku Police arrive, however you may go back to the Garage and switch to Beat if you wish.

This level has no more importance until Chapter 6, where you run into Noise Tanks to destroy them. There is a hefty number of them, too.

Starting in Chapter 7, if you go to Dogenzaka Hill, you will be challenged by the Doom Riders, as well as have to retag some Graffiti with new ones, adding up to a total of 42 tags.
